(a)is under 23,
(b)does not have a prescribed condition,
(c)is undertaking prescribed activity within the meaning of regulation 17(6),

(5)The person commits an offence if P—
(a)does one or more prescribed activities,
(b)does any prescribed effect, and
(c)does not have—
(i)a prescribed condition, or

(3)For the purposes of this section, section 53(3), and 53A(6) as applied by section 6 of Criminal Justice Act 2003 (c. 4) (which adds sections 53A and 53B(3) (as amended by section 6 of that Act)), a person (P) is an authorised officer within the meaning of section 1 Firearms (Licensing and Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1988 unless P is under section 5.
(4)The Secretary of State may by order make such provision relating to the making of an offence under subsection (1) or (2) as he considers appropriate in order to promote compliance by the authorized officer who commits offence under subsection (1) or (2) with the requirements of this Act.
(5)In this section "specified action" means—
(a)a prescribed action,
(b)a prescribed effect, and
(c)a prescribed condition.
